You did not mention the bonus content was not received, it should have been on the same email where your manual was sent. We chatted shortly after your purchase about the language options on the software as well as the manual. I just bought the sure cut a lot 5 but i didnt get the bonus things like it said Purchased previously in 2017 and on both occasions, transactions were flawless. Received Order Confirmation immediately followed seconds later by email an containing S/N, clear download instructions, link for manual, etc., followed by a third email containing links for all Bonus Content. I purchased and love the software, would recommend.
